Diligent Wealth Management (we, us, our) complies with the Privacy Act 2020 (“the Act”) and if applicable, the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulations, when dealing with personal information. Personal information is information about an identifiable individual (a natural person).

You may also require that we correct personal information that we hold about you if that information is misleading, inaccurate, incomplete or irrelevant. Diligent Wealth Management uses Google Display Network Impression reporting and the DoubleClick Campaign Manager. We reserve the right to periodically amend or revise the Privacy Policy; material changes will be effective immediately upon the display of the revised Privacy policy. The last revision of this Privacy policy was the 1st December 2020. Your continued use of the Platform, following the notification of such amendments on our website, constitutes your acknowledgment and consent of such amendments to the Privacy Policy and your agreement to be bound by the terms of such amendments.
