What should you do if something goes wrong?
If you have a problem, concern, or complaint about any part of my service, please inform me so that I can rectify the problem in the first instance.
You may also contact the internal complaints scheme by contacting Diligent Wealth Management Ltd at

If we cannot agree on how to fix the issue you can contact our external complaints company being Financial Services Complaints Ltd (FSCL) - A Financial Ombudsman Service. This service will cost you nothing and will help us resolve any disagreements. You can contact the FSCL at:
